Ice cream in a hurry

Easy Peasy Wine Ice Cream

350 ml desert wine

600 ml double cream

6 table spoons of caster sugar


Whisk the wine and sugar together adding the cream bit by bit until it thickens.

I used moscatel de valencia, I’m sure most desert wines would be fine.

This is so very yummy, it is super quick and easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious. 3-4 hours in the freezer and it is ready to eat.

I love to eat Ice cream. but I don't know recipe for making Ice cream. Thanks for providing nice recipe. I've tried it. It's very yummy. I hope you provide recipes in future also..
