It looks like hard work! :lol: It's a miracle there's any baby tortoises, it must be like going to bed wearing a big, thick corset. :lol:

I think the lady Tortoise said "I have this strange ringing in my ear!" so the male tortoise said "I'll knock at the back door instead then!" :lol:

Caption -- so thats how they do the horses hooves sound effects in the movies.

:lol: They just speed it up.

We had two tortoises and the male never left the female alone. It was amazing how randy he was, but the banging was slow, like Barry white was playing. 8) The female could run fast though, faster than any other tortoise I have ever seen...can't think why? :?

She maybe didn't like Barry White and was listening to The Galloping Major on her iPod. 8)
