HELLO,JUST FOUND THIS SITE,SO WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELP,AT THE TOP OF OUR GARDEN WHERE WE HAVE OUR PATIO,ON THE OTHERSIDE OF THE FENCE ARE 2 HUGE TREES WHICH HANG OVER OUR GARDEN BLOCKING OUT LIGHT AND SUN, I PHONED THE COUNCIL WHO SAID THEY BELONG TO CENTRAL ELECTRICITY,I PHONED THEM AND A MAN CAME ROUND AND SAID THEY WERE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM,I THEN PHONED THE LAND REGISTRY,AND WAS TOLD THE LAND THEY ARE ON IS NOT REGISTERED TO ANYONE,(THEY ARE ON A SMALL PATCH OF GRASS WHICH IS ON ANOTHER STREET,) DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO ICAN GET IN TOUCH WITH TO GET THEM CUT,THANKS, :? :?

First off please STOP SHOUTING its considered bad form

To answer your question, there is no one you can contact to get the trees cut because the owner dosent have to get them cut.

You can cut back to the boundary as long as the trees arent protected.

You can fence the land and go for adverse possession.
