Oppose TPO

Oppose TPO

Is it possible to appose a TPO now that new information has come to light.
In brief since the TPO was approved (last year) I have found an e-mail from an officer at the Council's forestry department opposing the TPO which I don't think the Councillors who approved the decision will have seen.
It was not in the information I recieved on the day and had it been I would have raised it.

Hi

In short no. However, if you can show maladministration you may have some recourse via the Ombudsman. What they can do might be limited, and the Council could always make a new Order to address any problems anyway.
