Hi,

I've got bushes and tress that are coming over the top of my fence from next door, can I trim this right to the boundary line with out problems?

Regards

Yes

You should offer back the arisings and if they don't want them you will have to dispose of them appropriately.

The works will be at your expense.

Yes, as long as anything you want to trim/cut isn't protected by a tree preservation order or, in a conservation area. If it is there's a process to ho through with the local planning authority.
