Do you have to give notice to enter?

Postby Horsey Girl » Tue Apr 24, 2012 9:02 pm

We have a property we are thinking of letting. As a matter of interest do we HAVE to give 24 hours notice to the tenant before entering the inside of our property? What about the outside of the property - if we turned up to carry out some maintenance to the roof for example are we committing an offence if you we don't tell the tenant we are coming? Many Thanks
