Horse Netting?

Horse Netting?

Postby Mweb » Tue Mar 14, 2017 9:38 am

Looking to plant some Laurels on the boundary of some land i own but to prevent them being ripped out, stolen etc thinking to install horse netting up to 1m in height to allow the plants to establish. Also to prevent further dog waste/bags, bottles etc on the land.

Do you think the Council will have issue with this?

no - they won't - if you live in England or Wales.

such a fence is granted planning permission by virtue of Part 2 Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 if you're in England or the GPDO 1995 if you're in Wales.

Kind regards, Mac
