Hi arborlad,

I came to one conclusion when I read this - the OP thinks the neighbour will own any fence erected by that boundary regardless.

I therefore pointed out this wasn't the case - the neighbour does not "get the fence".
(goes without saying both parties will "get the benefit"...)
