Cassio, good answer you clearly know your dogs. I would hope you have him young enough to retrain any habits left behind from previous owners (if they couldn't cope) though if you got him wormed at ten weeks or so - probably the case if you are doing the toilet training - that's fine. Depending on his adult size/weight the picket fence might not cope but you will get through the puppy stages. Me, I would always plan to neuter a dog, for many reasons - see this, for example: http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/virtual-pet-behaviorist/dog-behavior/how-will-neutering-change-my-dog. Apart from the health benefits in later life, you will be less likely to get a shock when a girl dog on heat comes within sniffing range and boyo leaps the fence at one bound ;)
