its my hedge, so whats the problem

Postby justind » Thu Sep 30, 2010 9:44 pm

my house was built in 1985, apparently its is subject to a clause stating that hedges and shrubs cant be removed.

i have a large 'dead space' that some would call a front garden, however i am fed up with dog mess everytime i cut the grass. i also want to use this space as my back garden.

i have just removed a large hedge with my adjoining neighbours permission, however i was in formed by a resident next doo but one opposite thta i wasnt allowed to do so.

q1. can they stop me

q2. as the fence has already been moved what can they do

q3 is it right that the edging in the grass is where my border ends

thanks
