Boundry Hedge (not)

Postby LorraineP » Thu Jun 16, 2011 5:09 pm

I'm going mad at my neighbour, before we moved in 12 yrs ago the previous owner planted a fir hedge, all the maind trees are on our side of the original wire fence placed there by the council, therefore as far as we were awear the fir trees are ours and can therefore be lowered , we ahve started this and he has sent us a letter saying that it is illegal damage and we are tresspassing,

If the trees are on our sde of the original council wire this makes them available for us to lowered????
thanks

Do what you like on your own property - neighbour has no say, no matter what he writes. Paper never refused ink!
