Wrong. It is the other way around as is stated above.

Your right actually ,should have read what i wrote and maybe i would have noticed the error.

We should have also stated that just because a hedge is in place adjacent to a ditch it dosent always hold that the hedge and ditch scinario will hold true with the ditch being in the ownership of the hedge owner.

It is a rule that can be rebutted
