My house back faces due Southand my garden is about 11 mtr in lenght. The height of the hedge at the rear of the garden is about 6 mtr which restricts a large percentage of light into thye garden and certainly into my green house. I requested my neighbour to cut some out and reduce the height last year, which he did 1 mtr!

On request this year, as the cut out section has regrown he is refusing to act any more withcomments like 'I do not need as Iwish to keep my privicy'

Where do I stand if I approach him again mentioning thenew law from June/
