Staining from Berries

Staining from Berries

Postby Keepitlegal » Thu Jul 26, 2012 8:55 pm

The neighbour has some shrubs which have blue/purple berries, they are all over our driveway and when I park my car the berries are getting crushed under the wheels and staining our block paving which was laid last year, can I request the neighbour removes the offending shrubs and does anyone know how I can clean the blocks.

TIA

You can request but they can refuse, you can't force them.

You can cut back to the boundary and probably put up a fence or something that would stop them coming through.
