Can I ask what the urgency is? Those photos don't show a fence in poor condition - quite the opposite.


That picture was taken a number of months ago, and doesn't really show how fragile the posts are. They're quite wobbly!

Mac - the hedge, although bushy at the top is quite bare at the bottom now, so I'd be reluctant to totally take down the fence panels

Is there a possibility that you have a servient Right of Way over that area that has the laurel hedge? This would explain the disparity between the title plan and the fence.
