hello eveyone. :D
i am hoping someone may be able to give me some advice. i am about to purchase my neigbours garden which is to the side of my property.we have agreed to pay all the legal fees and survey needed for the new deeds... my solicitor has suggested to me that we should have a separate deed as we are paying cash and dont really want to involve our mortgage provider.
we want to be able to extend our property so that a conservatory would go over the original boundary into the new garden!! does any one know if this will cause any problems??? because of the separate deed or will it be ok as we will own both plots???
Please help as we are getting confused :?
