Re: This should be an interesting battle

This all sounds vaguely familiar. Have you posted about this before, here or on other sites?

Re: Vehicular ROW dispute - claim of false deeds!

You have a right of way according to your deeds. Use it. Let him worry then about what he's going to do.

Re: Fallen leaves and fruit

The fruit/tree owner can, at their convenience, and as often as they like, enter onto the neighbours property to get their fruit. However, in doing so they must not cause damage, or take longer than necessary. Are you sure that this is the case? Yes. Perhaps there is another act/law regarding fruit...

Re: Fallen leaves and fruit

Or just randomly knock his apple over into his side. I mean, if he's waiting for them to topple over, no harm in giving them a helping nudge? Hot to be easier than stooping down to pick them up off your ground....

Re: Where would you build? Imminent extension vs. unresolved boundary dispute

Collaborate... no-one is advising moving the fence ...on contrary I believe fence is boundary and believe the OP is on a loser and should build as if fence is boundary. Your suggestion of a fishing expedition via LBA is absurd....OP has no claim... he owns the fence and COULD just move it . His own...

Re: Where would you build? Imminent extension vs. unresolved boundary dispute

I'm aware of that. OP has asked how they can see the other side's evidence. I've come up with a suggestion. Where's yours? Read my posts and you'll find it. A lot more relevant to the OPs actual question than the rabbit hole you seem determined to lead him down. I'll put it bluntly for you: should ...

Re: Fallen leaves and fruit

Why don't you lop off the overhanging branches? Trim them back to the boundary? No more falling fruit, and cuts down on blown leaf litter too.

Re: Where would you build? Imminent extension vs. unresolved boundary dispute

Trespass of course. Isn't that clear? Rea up on what has to be contained in a LBA, and the formal response, and then get back to me. the whole purpose of a LBA is to state your case, supply your evidence, and require the other party to respond likewise with the intention of avoiding court proceedin...

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=letter+before+action Yeah. Legal action? What legal action? Slander of Title? Don't see it myself. OP wants to know where he's going to site his new extension, not take yer man to court. OP, more info please on those joint plans you drew up together. How long ago was that? How ...

Re: Where would you build? Imminent extension vs. unresolved boundary dispute

He only started claiming adverse possession when we fell out a few years ago. Before that he considered the boundary to be in the middle (I have written evidence of this)
This could be your winner. Tell us more about this. In fact tell us everything about this
