Re: Right of access - our path!

Thanks for all the help so far.. When I contacted the council they said they were looking on their system and could see everything and were convinced that the area I am talking about belonged to the council. This is not true since our deeds detail it belongs to us... I can't see how anyone has a jus...

Re: Boundary Bushes

The bushes are a hedge really... sorry I think I might have been using the wrong word We have determined where the boundary is from our deeds.... so we are confident that all the foliage on our property that we are thinking of removing belongs to us... however the one clear thing that I am trying to...

Re: Right of access - our path!

Re: Right of access - our path!

Please see attached image myhouse.jpg Since the only reason for people to travel through the area in question is to gain access to the cut-through and the stairs leading to the other side of the road... .... On our deeds the area indicated that lies between the backend of our house and the lower sta...

Right of access - our path!

We were just looking over our deeds and there is a space of land (pathway) between our end terrace and the end terrace opposite. According to the deeds, we must give right of access leading towards this space of land, but the actual space itself doesnt require a right of access. I have previously ru...

Boundary Bushes

Hi We have a end-terrace house that is on the border of 2 council houses, 1 at the side (adjacent) and one at the back (opposing). We have bushes as a boundary for both the back and the side, and we are curious about getting them taken down and replaced with fencing. Here is where it gets interestin...
