Re: Help with wording

Afternoon I have just returned from speaking with a solicitor. The solicitor has advised as conveyancer did, that the best option would to be change the deeds! Which would be fantastic if the other party was willing. He also added; should this not be possible, then an agreement/document should be dr...

Re: Help with wording

Hi The land is attached in an L shape to the bottom of my property and wouldn't really cause any problems if I came to sell my property. I have held onto this, in the hope that somebody will one day move in and want to use the workshop as a garage, so we can come to some agreement over the ROW, as p...

Re: Help with wording

Thank you for the advice. The only problem is, they have said that this will devalue their property and they wouldn't be able to change the deeds! Do you think their spinning a lie? As you can imagine; from my point of view and theirs, are looking forward to more privacy! But want to make sure I am ...

Help with wording

Hi I have recently had new neighbours move next door and have come to an agreement; that they can go (by car)across land owned by myself to access an old workshop ( which they own and intend to turn into a garage). In exchange they have agreed that a fence can be erected between our properties, whic...

Re: access onto a right of way

Hi The reason this is happening is because my neighbour keeps predatory animals as pets and he feeds them dead animals, it’s his hobby/interest. We find dead animals that have been dropped on the pathways, from time to time and there are usually always bit of dead animals “the pets” have chosen not ...

My neighbour does enjoy the ROW and as you can see from my previous post above,
he constantly misuses it!

Re: access onto a right of way

Small minded and petty we are not! We live on a day to day basis around. Horrid smells, death, constant noise and have the pleasure of rats and flies in the summer thanks to our neighbours hobbies/interested. We have endeavoured to conscientious even though our neighbour has damaged our property on ...

Re: access onto a right of way

Hi, I have always thought from reading other threads on this website, that a ROW is to give access and you are not allowed to stop on the ROW or block it. My neighbour accesses his garage from the pathway, which although has a ROW across it, is still my property. He has to stop on the ROW to unlock ...

Re: Birds of Prey

Hi Am I right in saying I can ask our neighbour to put the bird in a carrying box when walking on the pathways? Not only does the bird foul the biggest poops you have ever seen, but it could also be a danger to ourselves, should we be on the path at the sametime and the bird starts flapping erratica...

Re: Right of Way

My Neighbour is a complete nightmare, even though we bend over backwards to accommodate his hobbies!

I cut back his trees the other day as they were across the boundary and wetting us as we walked past. Our neighbour’s reaction to this was to tip a bucket of water down the path and it froze!
