No ones been in contact at all I informed the council a few times throughout the planning process by email and phone The land is registered to me I am still on it with stables and horses They have dug test holes on adjoining pieces of land but even when I spoke to their surveyors they didn’t seem to...

Hi ,haven’t posted in a while,but was wondering if anyone had ever been in this situation? Some of you may remember me posting about some land I bought and the aggro over the right of way ,I got that sorted ,the day before we went to court the op removed all obstacles and it’s been trouble free ever...

I have a bit of land that I put a 5ft gateway in my fence that accessed council land(ex allotments) I got a letter from councils litigation solicitors telling me to block the gateway up or face court proceedings,I wrote back telling them I had no intention of closing gateway off and take me to court...

any one legitimately coming to your house,has what is called an implied right of access,that's why such as postmen and other services can use it and unfortunately junk mail people

just my view on this,if a person opened a gate and let cattle out on the road,and there was an accident ,whilst the owner may be held liable in the first instance , if he could prove who opened the gate then obviously he could follow them for costs ,damages etc,so maybe if the poster wrote or explai...

hi Mac ,how's things? well what happened was we went to the court,dicky never landed up he sacked his sol(3rd) one,my solicitor had spoken to her and she had advised dicky to move machine and not contest it,happy days or so u would think. what happened was the judge admitted to not adjudicating this...
