As a person formerly wed to a 'cat person' (six at one time) we always knew the cats always did their stuff on other peoples' gardens, never ours. I bet most cat owners know this clean habit that cats have, of never sh i tting on their own doorstep. Most cat owners enjoy the benefits of their pets ...

i have a neighbour who always moans about my cats catching birds and field mice in her jungle /garden . In the end after her constant moaning i told her that if she were to stop covering the ground with bread crumbs all the time and got a proper bird feeder then maybe it would be more of a challeng...

OK thanks for the fast reply, Looks like the law is an ass after all. So let me get this straight. I have to allow the cat to crap on my lawn as I cannot harm it in any way. I have then to clean up the mess even though there is always some residue in the grass which makes it unsafe for my son or any...

We never had a problem with cats defecating in our back garden until approximately 3 months ago when we suspected the cat of our new neighbour had started to mark its territory by defecating on our lawn.
