Re: Fence issue with new neighbour

I think links to some photos would help ...if the fence is onky 4 ft high surely good trellis panels could easily be fitted to top of the fence to take it up to 6ft The worry is that as a dog owner you are 100% responsible for stopping your dig getting next door and yes NFH can make life horrendous ...

Re: Neighbour claims our extension crosses boundary

If they owned their property when your extention was built that was the time they should have disputed correct siting etc They are being bloody minded because quite rightly you object to them using what is your prooerty to retain a raised bed or to put posts in for a lean to /cover Some people simpl...

Precisely what is so wrong with the system that allows people to make claims they cannot substantiate and cause the innocent party to run up legal bills

Re: Parking and obstructions

Yup moved to peace and quiet for 20 years and several wonderful neighbours till biggest bullies on earth moved in one side and other side started senility

Far far too expensive to move now so sticking pins in voodoo dolls has to suffice

Re: Bonfires on Allotments Objected to by Adjacent Householder

If someone is burning really dry prunings weeds etc between Oct and Feb i can see no reason for objection as that would go up in a sheet of flame with no stench of smoke But if idiots are burning a load of wet stuff that does indeed cause horrendous smoke which does indeed cause many people especial...
