Re: right to a shed ?

What benefit would possession of this land bring to you? Is it worth the costs involved to try and evict the current occupiers?

Have you contacted planning enforcement at the council regarding change of use of the land from garden to paddock without planning permission? I don,t think the planning can do anything about this as the animals are outside grazing and not in stablesl AFAIK grazing is agricultural use of land, the ...

Report her to the Antisocial behaviour unit at your local authority. If you feel threatened (e.g. if she storms out of the house with an axe acting aggressively) call the police. Get CCTV installed.

Re: New Law Needed?

It needs to be ...

Re: Fence query

Why not tell the neighbour you are under no obligation to maintain or replace the fence but that they can replace it? I can't understand why they would be happy to provide an additional fence rather than replace the existing fence. :?

Re: boundary walls

Who owns the driveway? If the land where the new house is being built is not in the same ownership as the driveway or does not have a right of way over the driveway then, no, he cannot legally use it as a fire escape for the new house. Even if he owns the driveway I doubt he is legally able to put a...

Re: TP1 differers to Title Plan

When you bought the house did you believe that part of the blocked paved area to be included in your title? You say the garden area of the house is relatively small but, as the area adjacent to the blocked paved area is bark chippings and plants would you really get a great deal of benefit from inc...
