Re: Right of Way and New gate

Just chucking this one in here since your concern seems to be around your proposed holiday business. Can you not just leave the gate open? It is my understanding that you are under no obligation to shut this gate and could just leave it open. So if you know you have holidaymakers coming you could le...

Re: Leylandii Trees

I would only worry about your deposit! As they have no right to ask you to trim those trees. That is completely unreasonable.
Is it held by your landlord personally or in a deposit scheme?

Re: Right of Way and New gate

You have to post four more times to be allowed to post images unfortunately.
Unless you host them elsewhere and link to them you will need to post 4 times more and then it should work.

Re: Neighbours garden

You can own a house and chose not to insure it ONLY if you do not have a mortgage! If you have a mortgage then it is a requirement from the mortgage provider that you have and can prove you have it if they ask for it. You should be able to tell if your neighbour has a mortgage from the deeds of the ...

Treeman you are being too precious. A little white lie that helps you achieve what you want AND maintain good neighbourly relations is OK in my book.

Re: neighbour put static caravan on field then took down my

I've never seen such good advice be so wasted in this forum. Benny you and your husband should really get some back bone. Otherwise why bother coming back here. Pilman and Rob Lewis and all the others have given you the advice you need to heed. If you don't follow it then don't bother updating us. "...

Re: neighbour put static caravan on field then took down my

It seems you do not care about money. Which is fine. But I think what you are asking goes beyond what you can reasonably ask this forum. The problem of the right of way for the caravan is a misnomer. The fact that it is there in the first place is what you should be focusing on... You say you are ol...

Re: neighbour put static caravan on field then took down my

Benny, I would say you property has already been devalued by this. And these "friends" as you call them are being nice now. But the truth is they are not your friends and they are trying to build another dwelling on this land. fact. That is how gypsies do it when they can get away with it. Either yo...

Re: New discussion about old issue.

My partner let him start the work without the written agreement being legalised as he was sick of the stress it was causing. Oh Loveka! I'm really sorry to say but trusting this guy after all you've been through was a huge mistake. At some point you need to stand firm and from reading nearly all yo...
