Soil poisoned?

Post by CalamityJane » Sat Aug 17, 2019 2:34 pm

My neighbour, his land is surrounded on 3 sides by my land and on 4th side by main road, has dogs permanently kennelled hard up against my land. When he washes down the kennels, the waste water runs on to my land. This is an issue long-term but the immediate worrying matter is that whatever has recently run on to the land contains some sort of harsh chemical (although to use that kind of product around dogs is crazy). The evidence is plant die-off in the area where this waste water runs. Does anyone know of a plant/soil sample kit I could use? Any suggestions for the longer term issue would also be much appreciated.

This is wrong..
Get your solicitor to write a letter telling him not to do it.
