Sadly none of you suffer the hell of 6 ton of leaves blown off a neighbours trees or you would view life differently

It's not about how anyone views life. It's about how posters here view the law.

Personally, I like trees in gardens, and anything that serves to dissuade people keeping trees is bad in my view.

Also, I'm not sure your definition of hell is accurate according to any definition.

Try the clearing of 6 ton of leaves out of lovingly tended flower beds and U might think otherwise

Trees of the right size innthe right place are fine but not when they cause massive work for a neighbour

You have to see it to believe it but sadly its true and even chopped up they take forever to rot down in compost bins

The tree belongs in a forest not a private garden its twice the height of the house and spread at least 50ft wide
