smallholding wanted

Post by mqzy » Tue Jul 29, 2008 4:44 am

It is just what everyone would like but we are in a position now to make it happen!

Do you know anyone who would like to sell a smallholding in West Wales? preferably, with some woodland, secluded and away from roads.

Alternatively, we would be interested in joining and contributing to a well-considered farm diversification project that could provide us a home and some income.

Our skills and energy are in sustainable architecture, creative design, food production and cooking. Interests focus on being part of a community that values the wise use of our limited and scarce resources.

Secluded smallholding

I'm selling a secluded smallholding in N Pembs. Trad farmhouse with lots of original features - flagstone floors, exposed beams, exposed stone walls, shutters etc, and LOTS of outbuildings and 14.5 acres - paddocks, bluebell woods. It's completely private - surrounded by its own land. It isn't isolated - there's a village 5 mins walk away and a pub 20 mins walk. Take a look at my website http://pengribyn.weebly.com
