High Hedges News Item BBC Leicester

Starting to see a few local news items a HighHedges prepares to bite. Apparently around Leicester there are 100 cases already registered with LAs and 25 just in Hinckley alone!

Mmm, I love the smell of felled leylandii in the morning :D
They cut down all the trees, put 'em in a tree museum and charged all the people just to see 'em

Funnily enough the smell from fresh cut wood is awesome.

My claim to fame is that my Mum was on radio leicester saying about the HH law and if you see my other post that the council wants £350 to continue with the complaint. Radio Leicester said that they were going to phone Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council to find out what the breakdown of the charges are.

Good For You

Planning Application is £120 .........and entitled to submit another free if 1st application is rejected

This also includes pre planning advice

If both plans are rejected you can go to appeal FREE
either written appeal or informal hearing or even a public hearing

No one but no one can tell me theres more work in adjudicating a High Hedge dispute
