Boundry dividing

Boundry dividing

could some one advise us on the dividing of boundrys as it should be in the Deeds when a piece of land is sold and there is a
Natrual exsisting boundy ,an entrance track for access and a new boundry ,think of this piece of land as a wedge shape with the natrual hedgeline /boundry running along the top egde the entrance to the land is on the corner of the wedge and the 3rd shorter being the new boundry which we know the new property is responsible for.
The question is who is responsible for the other 2 existing boundrys,as nothing is stated in our deeds.
all advice appreciated
