Dear people who know more about this stuff than I do,
Recently a neighbour of mine decided to clear the private alley behind a number of houses in our street as it was heavily overgrown. He/She/they used the back gardens of the residents to dispose of the waste and I, having a low wall seem to have got more than my share. I was not consulted and did not give consent for my land to be used in fashion.
Do I have a case for flytipping (I already know I have one for trespass)?
Thanks in anticipation,
P.
Alley clearing/dumping of waste
Re: Alley clearing/dumping of waste
You know which neighbour did it? I'd be inclined to simply return it to them, rather than going all legal.

Thanks for the reply,
Was hoping to avoid legalities, just want to know where I stand legally.
It's the attitude I object to, if I had been asked I wouldn't have had an issue. A well worded condescending letter was to be my prefered choice of response, but don't like making hollow threats.
Returning it was my first thought but due too a long term illness and the amount of work involved doing so it is easier for me to burn it.
