I have a strip of land running down the side of my house and I would like to plant trees. The trees would be in front of our side fence. The land borders pavement and we do keep other bushes etc cut back so as not to impede pedestrians. Are there rules and regulations that we need to be aware of before planting?
If drivers currently have a useful line of sight across your front garden, the council may intervene if you markedly obstruct it.branchout wrote:Thanks. Does this mean that anything we plant has to take into account vehicle pedestrian view?
