Why no mention of the CCTV complaint about you by neighbour's solicitor?

please help....my neighbour is recording me what can I do to get it removed?
There should only be me that can record neighbours with CCTV
My neighbour first put up some CCTV cameras. Which tbh didnt bother me. The Police then stated to me they need evidence to do anything...so I also put up CCTV cameras to gather evidence as part of the harassment case. Then post the harassment case (which led to a RO on neighbour partly due to evidence gathered from my CCTV), my neighbour decided to put up more CCTV, including the aforementioned CCTV with audio recording (which i assume he did as a desperate attempt to gather evidence against me).

That makes things very clear, as I said.....you are both recording each other, ......each seeking to gather evidence of harassment by the other.
At the minute the neighbour's equipment out smarts yours.
