Land Registry registered my land to someone else!

Postby kadgeb » Fri Dec 29, 2017 6:47 pm

Hello,
Land Registry has accepted an application to register some land, with my land included in it. My land has now been included with this new title. It's an outrage! LR knew it was my land. I've sent complaints, but it's probably going to take weeks to sort out.
What do I do? Do I take LR to court? Or the one who made the fraudulent application?

My request for advice was directed to those who are kind and willing to help.
If you are an idiot with a condescending arrogance and a rude attitude towards others, contact me in private so we can meet face to face, rather than hiding behind your computer screen.

Yes, all the idiots can come. Join up. The more in number there are of you makes absolutely no difference, just that it will make you more idiotic. Carry on. I'm certainly not wasting any more time in this congregation of trash.

Probably not. His last threads involved wanting to rent out some adversely possessed land (AP'd for 12 months). Never seemed keen to graciously accept advice given then.
