Greenhouse

Post by DavidM »

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good dvd & or a book showing how to set up a greenhouse inside.

This is primarily for my sister actually as she has just bought a new one & is setting it up right now, last time i was back down in dorset I gave her a hand.

She is wanting to grow lots of vegetables & flower some plants too.

Any recommendations would be very helpful.

Thanks alot

I lost interest in mine so found lots of colour glossy picture of flowers & plants and stuck them to the inside of the glass.

It looks great from a distance and saves me getting my hands dirty.

I'm having to replace my tomatoes pictures this year cos they have faded in the sun.

Next week, once the new pics are stuck on, my tomatoes crop will look absolutely fantasic.

We have chopping boards with tomatoes on them, so I think we won't have to grow any, we will just look at the pretty chopping boards.

Oh cr@p, got hungry, chipped tooth.

I did find some lovely looking apples in a magazine shoot yesterday, maybe i'll just be cheeky & stick them up instead!

Will you need some metal teeth like that big bloke in James Bond. What was his name again?!

When you say you saw some lovely apples in a magazine the other day, was it of the top shelf variety? I hope apples isn’t gardening noody! Ooooh she will kill me for that. Teehee

Now, now about these teeth, I do have some metal fillings unfortunately. :(

Jaws, he is the one you are thinking about, I had such a crush on him when I was younger, I think it was his height and the fact he looked a bit like Dracula.

I'm always the top shelf variety. I like to garden in the noody to get a nice all over tan. I have to be careful with the shears though.

I can remember we bought some tomato plants and we were waiting for them to turn red. When we looked at the label they were supposed to be yellow. We'd have had a long wait for them to ripen.
Keep calm and carry on.

Teehee you wouldn't want to trim the wrong bush and end up with a Brazilian.

Oh you do make me larf apples, the tomato thing is something we would do. We buy plants and don't read the labels sometimes. Once I saw a program and they were telling you to talk to plants to keep them healthy…

well I think I got one excited because it grew this  http://img.metro.co.uk/i/pix/2007/11/am ... 50x450.jpg
